Most care windows in the garden are predictable: you feed tomatoes every two weeks, you check for pests after rain, you harvest zucchini before they go woody. The problem isn't knowing what to do — it's remembering to do it across a dozen plants at once.

Smart Reminders handles that. You can set reminders manually, or ask Sprout to generate a care schedule for a planting based on its growth stage and your conditions. Either way, reminders show up in your dashboard when they're due — not as a notification flood, but as a prioritised task list for the week.

Reminders can repeat on a fixed schedule or be tied to seasonal triggers. When you log a care event against a planting, matching reminders are automatically ticked off. The reminder engine is aware of your climate zone and the current season, so it won't tell you to sow warm-season crops in the middle of a southern winter.
