Navigating the App
MyPlot's sidebar organises everything into sections. It's designed to stay compact by showing only what's relevant to where you are — while keeping the most-used areas always visible.

Smart collapse
Activity, Reports & Insights, and Admin automatically collapse when you navigate away from them. This keeps the sidebar short without requiring you to manage it manually.

When it opens automatically

  1. Navigate to any page in a section
  2. That section expands in the sidebar
  3. You can see all the links inside it

When it closes automatically

  1. Navigate to a page in a different section
  2. The previous section collapses
  3. The new section opens in its place
Main and Places are always open — they contain the most frequently used links and never collapse, regardless of where you are in the app.
Manually opening a section
You can click any section header to toggle it open or closed within the current page. The section resets to its automatic state when you navigate to a new page.
Hover flyout
When a section is collapsed, hovering over its header shows a small flyout menu with all the links inside — so you can jump to any page without expanding the section first.
